Working with Jan to set priorities and break down goals into manageable steps has helped me move forward, and not just health wise but in all areas of my life. I feel like I’ve taken the reins back, I’m not so overwhelmed, and I’m heading in the right direction.

I had breast cancer and it changed life. I was surviving post treatment but struggling to feel like I had momentum to make my own life decisions. Instead life was engulfing me, and dictating that I just survived day to day. Step by step, day by day, choice by choice, I have felt invigorated to enjoy life again and Jan’s programme was definitely a missing piece that I was looking for.

I attended the free consultation thinking I won’t go see a wellness coach one on one, but one session with Jan changed my view and convinced me that I had found what I was looking for to help sort the scrambled, post treatment, me.

All my friends and family were really supportive when I told them, and interested in how it was all going. With Jan’s help I have achieved so much is a short time, and look forward to what is next!"
