New online Life 2.0 course starts July 2020!
Life 2.0 is a group course that explores what the science says you can do to support your immune system, reduce your chance of recurrence and start to feel better after cancer treatment.
This is a group course for people who want to know how to start living life again after cancer. Group courses are great, because its much more fun to do things with others, and it helps to know you aren't the only one, and because you don't have to do this on your own.
We'll cover topics such as what a healthy diet looks like, keeping active, how to manage stress and anxiety plus a whole lot more. Info to get you equipped to start feeling better and move forward again.
But while info is great, the real transformation is in the action! So we'll be working out how to start implementing and applying it in your life. Without feeling overwhelmed and that you're doing it wrong. We'll work out what's right for you, based on where you are right now.
You can't control everything, but your actions do have an influence on your health and how you feel. And I know from experience that taking action allows you to start rediscovering trust and faith in your body again.
