Life 2.0 Courses
Life 2.0 is a series of courses that show you how to start living life again after cancer. We'll look at what the science says you can do to support your immune system, reduce your chance of recurrence and start to feel better after cancer treatment.
We'll cover topics such as what a healthy diet looks like, keeping active, how to manage stress and anxiety, altered body image, sleep plus a whole lot more. Info you need to get you equipped to start feeling better and move forward again.
But while info is great, the real transformation is in the action! So we'll be working out how to start implementing and applying this information into your life. Without feeling overwhelmed and that you're doing it wrong. We'll work out what's right for you, based on where you are right now.
You can't control everything, but your actions do have an influence on your health and how you feel. And I know from experience that taking action allows you to start rediscovering trust and faith in your body again.
Imagine feeling full of energy and like you have some control over your life again?
And it'll be fun and motivating - because you've had enough worry and stress to last a lifetime and you don't have to do this on your own.

Whether that’s worries about recurrence, the effects of treatment, niggles or aches in your body, what other people might be thinking, your finances, the future….or you may not even know what you’re worried about. Just that you feel really tense and anxious more than you’d like to!
This is a group course that covers all of that and more! We'll be getting up close and personal to our anxiety.

- Understanding anxiety - why we have it, understanding the brain and why all your intuitions about it are probably wrong!
- Why accepting anxiety is often the best plan, and how to do that!
- Useful actions to take when overwhelmed by anxiety, including looking deeply at those high anxiety times (like medical appointments, bumping into someone you haven't seen for ages, people seeing your new body!)
- Anxiety around changes to your body - including intimate relationships
- And how to make sense of this all of this so you can start living a great life after cancer.
